I'm not sure whether or not it was the 2.5 hours we spent there, or the intolerance I have for the ill-behaved children of strangers, but I have to say, our recent outing to Chuck E. Cheese was a trip. Had I known they had a liquor license (hey, I'm not the one driving!), I would have probably been able to mellow out a bit more...ah well, live and learn.
On the bright side, however, the kids truly enjoyed themselves. The headache that I got from unnecessary, self-induced crowd stress could easily be solved with an Advil, so all is truly well that ends well.
