I've often considered doing something like this, just as a reminder. But after a childhood of county fair pet shows, and 4 collegiate years spent in an agricultural town, I feel I have a certain respect for (and knowledge of) the animal products I consume. I don't always make the right choices, but the source of my food is almost never a mystery to me.
